3 Very Effective Exercises to Get Rid of the Fatty Deposits Around Your Waist!



The fatty deposits that can be mostly noticed when our pants are buttoned are one of the biggest enemy of every woman.
However we present you with three easy and simple exercises that will help you get rid of them. The only equipment you need is a bed and a chair, so you can work out and relax all in the same space. Does it get any easier?


1.      Stand up straight in gap-width and spread your arms. Bend down, touch the top of the toes of opposite leg with one arm, and do the same with the other arm and the opposite leg leaning on the waist. Repeat the exercise 100 times, or 50 times each side.

2.      Stand up straight in gap-width apart, with your knees slightly bent. Place your hands behind your head and stretch your elbows as when doing push-ups. Rotate your upper body to the left and alternately to the right as far as you can, without having to move the hips. Repeat the exercise 100 times, or 50 times each side.

3.      Lie flat on the floor with your lower back pressed to the ground. Put your hands behind your head. Extend your legs straight up in the air, crossed at the ankles with a slight bend in the knee. Contract your abdominal muscles by lifting your torso toward your knees.

 Make sure to keep your chin off your chest with each contraction. Exhale as you contract upward; inhale as you return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise 40 times.
