Today we present you one amazing soup recipe:
Pumpkin soup
Ingredients:
§ 1 middle sized pumpkin
§ 2 teaspoons coconut oil
§ 1 chopped onion
§ 2 garlic cloves
§ 2 teaspoons chopped ginger
§ 1 teaspoon cumin
§ ½ teaspoon coriander
§ 3 cups of basic chicken soup
§
Preparation:
§ First
clean and add salt and pepper over the pumpkin. Add olive oil over each piece
of pumpkin. Bake them at 200 °C for 35
minutes.
§ At the
same time, cook onion and garlic with coconut oil. Then add the ginger and the
other spices. Add the chicken soup.
§
Leave the mixture to boil until the pumpkin is ready.
Add the pieces of baked pumpkin in the soup and boil them together for 10
minutes.
§
At the end spill the soup in a blender and mix it. You
will get amazing orange soup!
