were favorite to celebrities and now, the Hollywood goddesses prefer the soups
who are prepared easily and are full with antioxidants.
These
soups are not like the ones our grandmothers prepared but these are filled with
different kind of vegetables which do not only protect but are made by simple
and faster way than the classic soup.
Many
famous beauties like Jennifer Aniston, Gwyneth Paltrow swore that these soups
have magical power and here are their two favorite recipes:
Pumpkin soup:
Ingredients:
§ 1 cleared medium pumpkin
§ 1 onion
§ 2 teaspoons of olive oil
§ 2 teaspoons of cocoa butter
§ 2 teaspoons chopped ginger
§ 1 teaspoon anyone
§ 1/2 teaspoons coriander
§ 3 cups of ordinary chicken soup
Preparation:
Add salt
and pepper to the cleared, sliced pumpkin and add little olive oil. Put them
into oven until they soften. Meanwhile put the onions and the coconut oil on
heater and add the garlic, the ginger and the other supplies. Make sure it
stays on heater until the flavors are merged and after add the chicken soup and
salt by choice. Leave it to simmer while the pumpkin is baked and then add it
to the mixture and heat it at least for 10 more minutes. After all these is
done, put the whole mixture in blender and u will get magical orange color
which can be consumed with little more olive oil or sour cream.
Green
soup of celery and leeks
Ingredients:
§ 2 leeks
§ 1 medium sized celery root
§ 2 teaspoons olive oil
§ 3 cloves onion
§ Salt
§ 1 teaspoon thyme
§ 2 teaspoons juice from lemons
§ 2 ½ cup of soup
Preparation:
Wash the
leek and then chop it, cook it about 10 minutes with the olive oil. Add the
garlic, thyme, salt and leave it to simmer and add the soup. Leave it to heat
for 20 minutes and after the celery is well cooked put all the ingredients in
blender and blend it well. Spice the soup after
with the lemon juice.
