This diet is excellent for
people who want to cleanse the organism from toxins and loose couple of pounds.

Recommended period for holding this diet is one day at a
time, twice a month.
For those who are intolerant to milk this diet is not

Ingredients needed:
§ 1,5 liters / 50 oz of skimmed cow’s milk
§ 2 tbsp of high quality green tea (do not use filter bags)
Method of preparation:
Add 2 tbsp of green tea in milk
which was previously cooked and cooled down to 70 degrees.
Cover the mixture and allow it
to stand still for 20 minutes.
Strain the mixture and consume
it.
Consume 1 cup from the milk-tea
on every 2 hours throughout the day.
The tea helps the digestion of
the milk, while milk reduces caffeine effects.
You cannot consume any kind of
food, except for still water during the day. The water is one that controls
organism’s balance, so try to drink water as much as you can.
