Once a week take a
portion of breakfast cereal
It is very easy to
fill up a bowl of fresh grains with composition more appropriate for dessert,
than healthy breakfast. Instead of buying ready-mix cereal, buy special nuts,
dried fruit, oats, and dark chocolate (70% cocoa). Mix them in a large bowl and
take a small serving (cup) in a paper bag. Even if you do not get breakfast at
home, it is easy to take a small bag and prepare breakfast at work. Try this
method, and eat the cereal between meals.

Buy foods that
requires more work
Peanuts and
pistachios in the shell, popcorn that is not prepared in the microwave (those
in the package for a microwave are already cancerous), food that you have to
peel, such as pineapple…
All this will prevent
you from swallowing food without thinking. Rather peel an orange or squeeze it
yourself, it is always better and healthier than to buy orange juice from the
store.

Put a bowl of fruit
on the table
One study showed that
this leads to a greater number of healthy snacks. Do not force yourself to eat,
but put the remaining fruit in refrigerator. Use several small bowls instead of
a larger one.

Buy smaller plates
When the plates and
small portions will be smaller too, so buy a piece of pizza instead of a whole
pizza. Also drink a glass of water before meals, since it will make you eat
less.
