this delicious soup that nutritionists recommend and claim that it melts fat
and burns off cellulite.
Cheap, fast and tasty soup that
burns cellulite – can it get any better?
All you need is:
§ 500 g spinach
§ a tablespoon of dry spices
§ 5 dl water
Preparation:
Pour water into the
pan and when it warms up a bit, add the leeks cut into rings. It takes just a
few minutes to cook. Add the cleaned and washed spinach or zucchini chopped
into cubes. The spinach will be done in a few minutes (let it stay with its
beautiful green color). Season with salt, add the dry seasoning, and if
desired, you can add 2 tablespoons of olive oil or a little sour cream, yogurt
or low-fat cheese.
From this amount, you
will get over a liter of soup, which has a total of only 150 calories.
